K-12 and Higher Education

Stephen has worked extensively in secondary education as a certified science and agriscience teacher. His ability to adapt curricula and connect with students earned him multiple opportunities to teach other teachers across the state of Delaware and develop curricula to support initiatives like the Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core. With extensive higher education teaching experience combined with instructional and learning experience design, Stephen has worked with many colleges and universities to design and deliver in-person, hybrid/blended, and online course content.

Corporate and Non-Profits

Stephen understands the complex needs of running a business. Training and development is often pushed to the back burner due to budget and time restraints. Working with clients from Disney, Target, Walmart, and more, Stephen has helped many develop training plans to improve their learning initiatives.


